Terms & Conditions for SkillPlay Eleven

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”):

• “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” means SkillPlay Eleven Fantasy Sports Private Limited, having its office at 561/563 N.M. Joshi Marg, Byculla West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400011, India.
• “Platform” or “SkillPlay Eleven” means the website skillplayeleven.com and any related web or mobile interfaces provided by the Company.
• “User”, “you” or “your” means any person who accesses, browses or uses the Platform, with or without registration.
• “Fantasy contests” means free-to-play fantasy sports activities offered on the Platform in which Users may create virtual teams and compete on virtual leaderboards.
• “Virtual rewards” means non-monetary recognition such as badges, levels, rankings, icons or similar features displayed within the Platform user interface.

2. Nature of the Platform (Free-to-Play & No Real Money)

• The Platform offers free-to-play fantasy sports contests for entertainment and skill-based competition only.
• The Platform does not accept deposits or wagers, does not offer cash prizes or withdrawals, and does not provide real-money gaming services.
• Any rewards, rankings or badges displayed on the Platform are virtual, non-transferable and have no real-world monetary value.
• Fantasy contests do not involve real-money gambling, betting or wagering by Users.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, registering an account, or participating in any fantasy contests, you:

• Confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform.
• Agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform.

4. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not a resident of states where fantasy sports are restricted, namely: Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Sikkim.
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws.

The Company reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or location, and to restrict or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria.

5. Account Registration & Security

• To participate in fantasy contests, you may be required to create an account using accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
• You must not create multiple accounts with the intention of gaining an unfair advantage in contests or leaderboards.

6. Free-to-Play Contests & Virtual Rewards

• All contests on the Platform are free-to-play. No entry fee, deposit or payment is required to join any contest.
• Users may earn virtual rewards, badges or leaderboard positions solely based on their performance in fantasy contests.
• Virtual rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, goods or services and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged outside the Platform.
• The Company may modify, remove or reassign virtual rewards or leaderboard structures at its sole discretion, including for technical or fairness reasons.

7. Fantasy Rules, Scoring & Results

• Each contest will display applicable rules, scoring systems and participation conditions clearly before you join.
• Fantasy points are generally based on real-world match statistics from third-party sources, which may occasionally contain delays, inaccuracies or discrepancies.
• In the event of an obvious scoring or data error, the Company may review and, if necessary, adjust fantasy scores and leaderboards.
• The Company’s interpretation of contest rules and final scoring decisions shall be conclusive for that contest.

8. Responsible Play

While the Platform is free-to-play and does not involve real-money wagering, we encourage users to participate responsibly.

• Use the Platform for entertainment and skill development, not as a means of income.
• Take regular breaks and ensure that your use of the Platform does not interfere with work, studies, health or personal life.
• If your participation causes stress or negatively impacts your daily responsibilities, consider taking a break or limiting your usage.

9. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to manipulate scoring, leaderboards or Platform functionality by any unfair, automated or deceptive means.
• Upload or transmit any harmful code, including viruses, malware or disruptive scripts.
• Harass, abuse or harm other Users or Company personnel.
• Engage in unauthorized scraping, data mining or reverse engineering of the Platform.

The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for Users involved in prohibited activities.

10. Privacy & Data

• We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell your personal data. Data is used only for operating, maintaining and improving the Platform, for security and for other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
• The Platform may use limited technologies (such as session-based storage or similar mechanisms) to keep you logged in and to support site functionality. You can manage or clear such data using your browser or device settings.

11. Advertising & Third-Party Content

• The Platform may display third-party advertisements or links in order to support a free-to-play experience.

• We do not guarantee that any particular ranking, score or fantasy outcome will be achieved by any User.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
• Any loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any issues caused by third-party services, data providers or network failures.

If, despite the above, any liability is established, it shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its directors, employees and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

16. Suspension & Termination

• The Company may, at any time and in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform (in whole or in part) if it believes you have violated these Terms, applicable laws or engaged in misuse of the Platform.
• We may also suspend or discontinue certain contests, features or the Platform itself for maintenance, improvements, security or other legitimate reasons.
• You may stop using the Platform and request account closure at any time by contacting us via the contact page.

17. Changes to Terms & Platform

• The Company may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
• Where required by law, material changes may be notified through the Platform or by other reasonable means.
• Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Subject to any applicable legal requirements, you agree that courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms.
